Responsible Gaming

Gambling at Roo123 is intended solely for entertainment purposes. It should never be viewed as a source of income or financial solution. Engaging in online pokies should be approached with a mindset of fun and enjoyment, recognizing that losses are a natural part of the experience. This guide outlines our commitment to responsible gaming, providing players with the necessary tools and information to maintain control over their gambling activities.

Self-Control Tools

At Roo123, we prioritize the well-being of our players by offering various self-control tools designed to promote responsible gaming. These tools empower players to manage their gambling habits effectively:

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money they can deposit into their account.
• Loss Limits: This feature allows players to set maximum loss thresholds, ensuring they remain aware of their spending and prevent excessive losses.
• Wagering Limits: Players can establish limits on the amount they wager within a specific period, helping them manage their gameplay effectively.
• Session Time Limits: This tool enables players to limit the duration of their gaming sessions, encouraging them to take breaks and avoid prolonged play.
• Cooling-off Periods: Players can opt for temporary cooling-off periods, during which they will be unable to access their accounts, allowing them to step back if needed.
• Self-Exclusion Options: For those who feel the need for a more significant break, Roo123 offers self-exclusion options, allowing players to suspend their accounts for a set period or indefinitely.

Self-Assessment

Roo123 encourages players to reflect on their gaming behavior regularly. Here are some questions to help identify early signs of problematic gambling behavior:

1. Have you ever felt the need to gamble with increasing amounts of money to achieve the same level of excitement?
2. Do you find yourself chasing losses, hoping to win back money you have already lost?
3. Have you ever felt anxious or stressed when thinking about your gambling habits?
4. Are you often preoccupied with thoughts of gambling, even when you are not playing?
5. Do you hide your gambling activities from friends or family?
6. Have you noticed that your gambling has affected your relationships or responsibilities?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, it may be time to reassess your gambling habits and consider utilizing our self-control tools.

Protection of Minors

At Roo123, we take the protection of minors very seriously. We have implemented strict safeguards and procedures to prevent underage access to our platform:

• Age Verification: Players must verify their age during the registration process to ensure they are of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.
• Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks: We conduct thorough KYC checks to confirm the identity and age of our players, preventing minors from accessing online pokies.

We encourage players to play responsibly and ensure that they do not allow anyone under the legal age to access their accounts.
